Airgap Gate provides AI-powered prior authorization intelligence tools designed to assist healthcare providers in managing prior authorization workflows. The Service includes predictive analytics, documentation guidance, and formulary alternative suggestions. The Service is intended as a decision-support tool and does not replace professional medical or legal judgment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of a healthcare organization to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Healthcare Disclaimer
Airgap Gate is a decision-support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating healthcare provider. Predictions, approval probabilities, and documentation suggestions are generated by machine learning models and should be used as informational guidance only. Airgap Gate does not guarantee the outcome of any prior authorization submission.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to algorithms, models, software, text, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by Airgap Gate and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airgap Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to denial of prior authorization requests, delays in patient care, or loss of revenue.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
